  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) for business credit applications
  • Not be an undischarged bankrupt

3. Services Description

RuralPay provides working capital facilities and related financial services to Australian farmers and agricultural businesses. Our services include:

  • Credit assessment and approval
  • Working capital facility management
  • Invoice payment processing
  • Online portal access

All credit products are subject to our credit assessment criteria. Approval is not guaranteed. Specific terms and conditions apply to each credit product and will be provided in your credit contract.

4. Your Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all applications and communications
  • Update your information promptly if it changes
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Make all required payments on time

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use our services for illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with the operation of our website or services

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising from these Terms.
