2. Our Services
RuralPay provides working capital facilities designed for Australian farmers and agricultural businesses. Our products include:
Farm Working Capital Facility
- Credit limits from $50,000 to $2,000,000
- 6-month or 12-month terms
- Interest calculated on drawn funds only
- Bullet repayment at end of term
- Direct payment to suppliers
Our facility is designed to help farmers manage cash flow gaps between farm expenses and income from crop or livestock sales.
3. How We Are Paid
RuralPay receives income from the interest and fees charged on our credit products. The specific fees applicable to your facility will be disclosed in your credit contract.
Our staff may receive performance-based remuneration. This does not affect our responsible lending obligations or the fees you pay.
4. Credit Assessment
Before entering into a credit contract with you, we will make reasonable inquiries about your requirements, objectives, and financial situation. We will assess whether the credit product is not unsuitable for you.

Credit Checks
We will obtain a credit report from one or more credit reporting bodies as part of our assessment. This may affect your credit score.
You have the right to request a copy of our preliminary assessment if your application is declined or at any time within 7 years of entering into a credit contract.
5. Fees and Charges

- Interest: Charged on the outstanding balance of drawn funds

6. Complaints and Disputes

You have a right to apply for a hardship variation under the National Credit Code. We will assess your application and respond within 21 days.
